Description of new commercials starring George Tokoro

The two new commercials starring George Tokoro are titled "au WALLET Introduction" and "au WALLET Announcement".

The "au WALLET Introduction" commercial begins with the words "au WALLET" displayed on an au-style orange background. Suddenly, a horizontal section across the middle of the screen splits open to reveal George Tokoro against a blue sky background. "au WALLET? What's that?" he asks. He then explains that it lets you use mobile phone points as electronic money, and that you can accumulate points by using it a variety of shops.
After that, a bell chimes and the horizontal section in the middle of the screen closes so that the orange background takes up the entire screen. The middle portion immediately splits open again, revealing an illustration of a mobile phone and au WALLET Card against the blue sky background. The words "Goodbye, Wallet!" are displayed at the top of the screen, and the commercial ends with George Tokoro saying, "It's new."

The "au WALLET Announcement" commercial introduces the au WALLET Debut Campaign. George Tokoro explains that customers who apply for the au WALLET service during the campaign period will be entered into a drawing to win prizes totaling ¥400 million in value. In his distinctively humorous way of speaking, he adds, "That's 100 million more than 300 million. That's 300 million more than 100 million. Amazing!"

Both commercials feature the song Sugar Baby Love by the Rubettes, which captures the sense of freshness offered by the new au WALLET service. The commercials aim to create a sense of anticipation and exhilaration for a new lifestyle.
