1. Unlimited Voice Call Plan Sneak Peek Campaign

1. (1) Details
   This campaign allows customers to try the Unlimited Voice Call Plan before anyone. Ahead of the launch of the Unlimited Voice Call Plan, this campaign offers a basic plan that comes with a domestic voice call flat-rate service [1] and can be used in combination with the current LTE Flat.

     Flat-rate voice calls with the Unlimited Voice Call Plan (CP) do not apply to voice calls to phone numbers starting with 0180, 0570, or other numbers that are charged by other carriers, voice calls to directory assistance (104), SMS transmissions, voice calls to satellite phones/ship satellite phones, and voice calls to phone numbers that KDDI separately determine. Also, international calls and calls made to and from overseas are not applicable.

   Customers who apply to Unlimited Voice Call Plan (CP) during the campaign period.

3. (3) How to Apply
   A separate application is required.

4. (4) Application Start Date
   July 1, 2014

   • A separate announcement will be made regarding the end of the campaign period.

• Everybody Discount is offered on the basis of a two-year contract. If you cancel or suspend the contract, or terminate Everybody Discount during the contract period, you will be charged a contract cancellation fee of ¥9,500 (excluding the renewal month), regardless of how long you have used the service. The two-year contract period will be renewed automatically unless you request termination.
• If the total amount of communications of the month exceeds the data quantity for that month, the maximum communication speed for sending and receiving until the end of that month will be 128kbps. (The communication speed restriction will be removed on the first day of the following month.) If you purchase data quantity with the Data Charge service, the communication restriction does not apply to the purchased quantity.
• To avoid network congestion, if using a 4G LTE smartphone, a limit will be placed on communication speed for a whole day if you have used more than 1GB over the three most recent days (not including the day on which the restriction is applied). The restricted speed will differ depending on data traffic conditions.
• All the charges indicated above exclude taxes unless otherwise noted.

2. Data Gifting from au Campaign

1. (1) Details
   Ahead of the Data Gifting service, which allows family members to give data quantities to each other, this campaign gives customers who apply a monthly gift of data (20% of each plan) to customers who apply for the new rate plan between August 2014 and November 2014.

3. iPhone Data Increase Campaign

1. (1) Details
   During the campaign period, customers with an LTE iPhone get a monthly 1GB increase in data quantity for up to 13 months by changing to the new rate plan.
   This campaign can be used in combination with the Data Gifting from au Campaign. Applicable models: iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5.

   August 13, 2014

   • A separate announcement will be made regarding the end of the campaign period.

4. Unlimited Voice Call Plan Start Campaign

1. (1) Details
   Customers who make a new contract between June 26, 2014 and June 30, 2014 and who subscribe to Unlimited Voice Call Plan (CP) by July 31, 2014 receive a complimentary ¥3,000 WALLET charge.

   • Available to customers who apply for au WALLET card by August 31, 2014.

2. (2) How to Apply
   A separate application is required.

   New contract: June 26, 2014 to June 30, 2014
   Subscription to Unlimited Voice Call Plan (CP): July 1, 2014 to July 31, 2014

5. Total of ¥100 million! Unlimited Voice & Data Freedom Entry Campaign

1. (1) Details
   Customers who change to the new rate plan from July 1, 2014 to August 12, 2014 at an au shop (some stores excluded) are pre-entered, and customers who subscribe to the new campaign by the end of August 2014, will be entered into a raffle to receive a complimentary ¥10,000 WALLET charge. A total of 10,000 customers will be chosen.

   • Available to customers who apply for au WALLET card by August 31, 2014.

   Pre-entry period: July 1, 2014 to August 12, 2014
   Subscription to new rate plan period: August 13, 2014 to August 31, 2014

6. Start! Data Share Campaign Extension

1. (1) Details
   The Start! Data Share Campaign, which started from May 23, 2014, will be extended from September 2014. 4G LTE tablets and PCs supporting 4G LTE can use up to 7GB of data each month [1] until the launch of the Data Share service.
   This campaign also applies to the new rate plan. [2]
   The Data Share service is scheduled to launch on December 2014.

   • Users that are registered cannot apply for this campaign.
   • This campaign can be applied to one tablet per smartphone.
   • au Smart Value cannot be applied to tablets.
