KDDI Corporation ("KDDI") hereby announces the results of repurchase own shares pursuit to the provision of Article 156 of the Companies Act of Japan, which applies pursuant to Article 165, Paragraph 3, of that law.
The repurchase of own shares pursuant to the resolution of the meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 10, 2024 has completed as a result of the following repurchase.

(2) Total number of shares repurchased 6,152,100 shares
(3) Total amount of repurchase price 29,151,627,800 yen
(4) Repurchase period From October 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024
